Concept:

Enter is an experimental video-conferencing platform for the cultural sector, built as an alternative to commercial tools like Zoom and Teams. The premise: platforms built for profit embed assumptions that don't fit culture. By building our own, we could redesign how online meetings feel and make tools that actually serve the cultural field.

My contribution:

I built the platform together with Marianne Noordzij, starting in early 2020 when the pandemic hit. We handled design, development, and WebRTC integration. The platform hosted events, artist residencies, and hybrid gatherings for Het Nieuwe Instituut through 2022.
